Lately summarises what people who own a product have said about it publicly and gives one verdict. Verdicts are a reading of public opinion at a point in time. They can be wrong, out of date, or based on thin evidence, and Lately says so when it knows. They are not professional, financial, medical or safety advice, and buying decisions remain yours.

You can use Lately without an account. Trackers and Plus require signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. Lately may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by automating requests or attempting to bypass plan limits.

The free plan includes standard Briefs and one weekly tracker, subject to daily limits. Plus costs $15/mo in Australian dollars, monthly · cancel anytime. Payment is taken by Stripe at the start of each monthly period. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps Plus until the period ends.

Quotes shown in Briefs are excerpts of public posts, attributed and linked to their source, and remain the property of their authors. The verdicts, summaries and design of Lately belong to Lately. You may share Briefs using the share link provided.

Lately is provided as is. It depends on third-party sources that can change or disappear, and it may be unavailable or return a degraded Brief. To the extent the law allows, Lately is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a verdict or for loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

These terms may change. Material changes to paid plans will be notified to subscribers by email before they take effect.
